Corduroy

The nights have are becoming colder and the days are cooling down too - time for some winter clothes. I found these pants half made from last year when they were way too big for the girls. I hemmed them and they are perfect for this year. Well perfect for Grace. Apparently they won't be perfect for Amelia as princesses and mermaids only wear skirts and dresses.
I really like pleats at the moments and I love the non symmetrical ones on the pink skirt.

Ooh they are just so cute. I love corduroy too, although not when fluffy stuff sticks to it. Perfect colors too with the pretty hems.

Very pretty. I love the pleats on the pink one too. It has inspired me to pull out my sewing machine for some winter clothes for the kiddos.

I did get some amazing cord in spotlight last week....its grey with flowers and very european and un-spotlighty! I need to make some pants for the babies and skirts for keira so thanks for the inspiration!
