Coughs, colds and conjungtivitis

It has been a week of coughs, colds and conjungtivitis and I am glad it is over. So thankyou to Picklebums and Stitching at Stone Cottage for the lovely Brilliante Weblog awards. You have made my week. I was going to pass them on, but I am typing with one hand and holding Eva (who learnt to roll over this week!). So I am awarding awards to everyone who has a blog for being so inspiring and giving me interesting things to read while I feed Eva.
Here is my really attractive family this Sunday morning watching the swimming on the TV.

A little spinning from yesterday. This roving has been patiently waiting to be spun for over 2 years and it is spinning up beautifully.

I love the colours in your latest yarn pics. Hope you all get better soon, Kathryn.

Aww Kate, so glad your family is getting better! They really are a cute bunch all sitting there together. I cannot believe how beautiful your spun fibre is!!! Absolutely stunning!
p.s. congratulations on your awards!
p.p.s I really love your softies (especially the pink fish and blue wombat you have listed right now!), I could spend so much time on etsy just looking at them! I don't have children yet so I might have to get a couple just for me at some point!

love the photo, I imagine there is a large couch nearby with no-one on it! I'm in the midst of fevers, phelgm & fatigue!

I agree, enough with the germs. We have been suffering through the last week with a coughy virus thing lurking around. Your family are very cute, and what a great chair that all the girls can get a cuddle together. Eva is very clever turning over so soon too. Love the yarn being spun, very bright and cheerful.
